Meeting Rooms

The first step to a successful meeting is finding the right place to meet, and different needs will call for different facilities. When it comes to client-lawyer or pre-trial meetings, union negotiations, or corporate meetings that may require transcription services – certified reporters and private boardrooms need to be available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout our facility. Complimentary tea, coffee, refreshments and a light lunch are served throughout the day. Additionally there are available lounge and kitchen areas, and a full breakfast and/or lunch can be catered at your request.

Meeting rooms can be booked for full or half days and the hours of use are flexible. In addition, if you require a meeting room on short notice we will accommodate your last-minute booking, weekend and holiday scheduling, and late-night extensions.

If you need a boardroom for staff meetings, training sessions, confidential office meetings or meetings with clients, we offer the same full service whether you are a home-based sole practitioner or a large corporation.
